Six-week session of Hatha yoga classes. The focus of this session will be grounding the body and mind by connecting breath with movement. These classes will teach the basic foundational Hatha poses while encouraging mindfulness and peer connection. Feel free to bring your own mat. Classes will be in compliance with social distancing

6:30-7:30 pm Ages 13-17
September 21 – November 2, Cost $70

Six-week session of Hatha yoga classes. The aim of these classes will be to provide teens with calming and self-regulation tools. Practices will encourage self-reflection and will strengthen the mind-body connection through intentional movement. Participants will be encouraged to ground down, keeping the mind present and enhancing body-awareness. These classes will include yoga sequences and breathing practices, both with the aim of reducing anxiety and emphasizing the importance of mental wellbeing. Feel free to bring your own mat. Classes will be in compliance with social distancing.
